The useful answer
The useful answer
Open the pause menu and choose the Accolades screen to inspect badge progress. Unlocked badges show their names; locked entries are greyed out and use question marks. The 13 August 2026 PEAK Wiki snapshot records 64 badges, but the count and conditions can change. Except for Undead Encounter Badge, the source says badges can be earned on every difficulty including Tenderfoot; Custom Expeditions do not award badges.
How the system works
Track the action, the credit, and the reward
A badge may be granted immediately or after a run-end trigger; some counters span expeditions. Each card keeps the grant rule next to the condition.
Co-op credit is not uniform: some entries go to all living players, some to the player who performs the action, and some to every player regardless of alive or dead status.
- Immediate credit A completed action can award the badge at once.
- Cumulative progress Bouldering and Cooking count across expeditions.
- Help and feeding credit When the source specifies it, feeding a teammate counts for the feeder.
iThis page shows representative entries only. For the complete list, open the PEAK pause menu → Accolades or consult the PEAK Wiki Badges page.
Route and summit badges
These route entries reward reaching named biomes. The end-campfire wording matters: they are not automatically awarded to every player who started the expedition.

Quick answers
PEAK in-game badges FAQ
What are PEAK badges?
Badges are in-game progress markers awarded for specific actions. They appear on the Scout sash and connect to cosmetic rewards.
Are PEAK badges the same as Steam achievements?
No. Steam achievements are platform records; badges are an in-game progress system. Similar actions may overlap, but neither proves the other.
How many badges does PEAK have?
The 13 August 2026 community snapshot records 64 badges. The total may change, so use the current Accolades screen for the live count.
Can Custom Expeditions earn badges?
No. The source says every badge except Undead Encounter Badge can be earned on all difficulties including Tenderfoot, but Custom Expeditions cannot award badges.
Where do I view PEAK badges?
Open the pause menu and choose Accolades. Locked badges are greyed out and show question marks instead of names.
